During processing, we use full set of stainless steel automatic production line; the length of the whole line is 110 meters. The length of washing line is 85 meters and length of freezing tunnel is 25 meters.
The freezing capacity is 4 metric tons per hour.
Our workshop is class 300,000 clean room; it is located in first floor, covering 1600 square meters. Based on procedure, the workshop is divided into pre-processing room, processing room and sorting room, and equipped with ultraviolet sterilization and ozone sterilization equipment.
